Sometimes a Designer finds that they spend less of the day actually designing, and more time running the job. Why not use a fully trained Producer to help you get back to what you do best? 

I’ve been a Production Manager in agencies and design firms since 1995. I can help designers make the most of their time by providing management of budgets, timelines and suppliers. Planning and consulting services are also available.

Here is what I can do for you:

• Plan timing and provide fully detailed workbacks and critical paths.
• Provide supplier recommendations and arrange competitive bidding.
• Generate budgets for projects.
• Break out annual budgets and allocate funding for projects, allowing you to generate realistic advertising plans.
• Provide a technical review of creative ideas and generate money-saving plans to help you stretch your budgets.

I am based in Vancouver, but I’m able to provide support no matter where you are. Rates are reasonable and full estimates are provided before work begins, based on your briefs.
